Tender description
Established in 2004, Procurement for Housing (PfH) is a national procurement consortium dedicated to the social housing sector and supported by the National Housing Federation (NHF), the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and Housemark. PfH is a contracting authority under Regulation 2 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015 and a central purchasing body under Regulation 37 PCR 2015. PfH is seeking qualified and experienced contractors to establish a framework agreement for fire safety installation, service and maintenance works and services to cover sprinkler and fire suppression systems, fire alarm and emergency lighting systems, passive works, whole building works and cladding. The framework will be divided into regions and value bands. Separate frameworks are being procured for fire safety consultancy works and for Scotland. Design, installation, testing, commissioning, handover, servicing and maintenance of sprinkler and fire suppression systems. The framework is divided into 11 geographical regions and across 3 value bands. Organisations may bid for all regions but a maximum of two value bands per geographical region. To be considered for the framework organisations must meet the minimum standards of accreditation and other criteria as set out in the selection questionnaire. PfH intends to appoint 5 contractors to each geographical region and value band, but reserves the right to award a greater or fewer number of places depending on the bids received. Servicing and maintenance of sprinkler and fire suppression systems. The framework is divided into 11 geographical regions and across 3 value bands. Organisations may bid for all regions but a maximum of two value bands per geographical region. To be considered for the framework organisations must meet the minimum standards of accreditation and other criteria as set out in the selection questionnaire. PfH intends to appoint 5 contractors to each geographical region and value band, but reserves the right to award a greater or fewer number of places depending on the bids received. Design, installation, testing, commissioning, handover, servicing and maintenance of a range of active and passive fore protection measures as set out in lots 1-5. The framework is divided into 11 geographical regions and across 3 value bands. Organisations may bid for all regions but a maximum of two value bands per geographical region. To be considered for the framework organisations must meet the minimum standards of accreditation and other criteria as set out in the selection questionnaire. PfH intends to appoint 5 contractors to each geographical region and value band, but reserves the right to award a greater or fewer number of places depending on the bids received. Design, installation, testing, commissioning, handover, servicing and maintenance in relation to the replacement of Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) cladding panels with new fire resistant cladding systems with appropriate compartmentation. The framework is divided into 11 geographical regions and across 3 value bands. Organisations may bid for all regions but a maximum of two value bands per geographical region. To be considered for the framework organisations must meet the minimum standards of accreditation and other criteria as set out in the Selection Questionnaire. PfH intends to appoint 5 contractors to each geographical region and value band, but reserves the right to award a greater or fewer number of places depending on the bids received.
