Tender description

The Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust (NGH) is looking to identify a supplier for the electrical upgrade project — replacement of existing electrical subs and distribution boards working with Estates Capital Team. The scope of the works shall comprise the replacement of existing electrical subs and distribution boards across the site at Northampton General Hospital, Cliftonville, Northampton, NN1, 5BD. The works to provide replacement of sub panel and distribution boards in the areas specified. It should be noted that the works shall be carried out whilst clinical staff, patients and visitors are occupying/present in each of the areas specified. The contractor shall make due allowance for this occupation and provide risk assessments and method statements for each respective area and surrounding areas. All electrical installation works shall be carried out by an approved electrical contractor registered with the NICEIC for commercial and/or industrial electrical installations.
