Tender description

Procurement Assist Limited is seeking service providers to take part in tendering for a place on a 60-month Dynamic Purchasing System for Domestic and Commercial Appliances. The services will be split into three categories, as follows: — category 1: supply of domestic appliances, — category 2: supply of commercial appliances, — category 3: supply of commercial appliances with aftercare service. The DPS will be available for use by iFM Bolton and the whole public sector from across the United Kingdom. The DPS initial application period is 30 days but will remain open until 31 May 2025. Applications from service providers can be made at any time during this period. The DPS is intended to be a fast route to market for clients, with clients not needing any further engagement with OJEU procurement processes. Including, but not limited to: • supply of common domestic appliances to clients, including delivery to client sites, • installation service for hard fixed appliances to current regulations, • recycling service of old appliances, conforming to current legislation. Including, but not limited to: • supply of common commercial appliances to clients, including delivery and installation to client sites, • installation service to include operation/user demonstration of appliance, • recycling service of old appliances, conforming to current legislation. Including, but not limited to: • supply of common commercial appliances to clients, including delivery and installation to client sites, • installation service to include operation/user demonstration of appliance, • recycling service of old appliances, conforming to current legislation, • ongoing aftercare service for the appliance, to include (but not limited to) breakdown call-outs and annual servicing.
