Clinical Directors Executive Skills Training Programme

Tender description

The HSE invites tender submissions from suitably qualified service providers with experience of developing and delivering a co-design programme in collaboration with the executive sponsors. The executive sponsors for this tender are the National Quality Improvement Team, HSE. The suitably qualified service providers are required to design and deliver training programmes for clinical directors and aspiring clinical directors with an emphasis on action learning outcomes as agreed with the executive sponsor including individual leadership development supported by leadership psychometrics (1:1 professional executive coaching etc…) The successful provider will be required to develop and deliver education programme for up to 32 Clinical Directors on each programme (a minimum of two with possibility of further programmes under this agreement). The figure of 32 is not a guarantee of the actual numbers who may undertake the programme.
