Please see attached Project Brief & Schedule of Additional Accommodation. In summary, the project will comprise: • 2 General Classrooms including WCs & Storage 80 m2 each = 160m2 • 2 Classroom SEN Base 343 m2 Gross Floor Area (SEN Base & General Classrooms) including circulation, internal walls and partitions = 644 m2 Also • Other works to include removal of prefabs form site and make good disturbed areas
