Tender description

The scheme involves the replacement of existing precast concrete piped culverts with a precast concrete box culvert solution. The scope of the works include: - Traffic management in a rural area; - Earthworks/excavations, including excavation in the existing carriageway, verge and embankments; - Removal of existing vegetation on or adjacent to the structure to gain access to the structure; - Temporary works to ensure stability of surrounding areas and carriageway; - Masonry repair/construction; - Installation of steel sheet piles; - Installation of precast concrete box culvert, wingwall and header beam units; - Reinstatement of existing safety fences; - Resurfacing works and finishes
