Tender description

Development of a modern purpose built Community Library and Arts Base of approximately 2 000 m2 in Edenderry, Co. Offaly. It is intended to appoint an architect-led project management design team to prepare a detailed design to current standards and regulations, including all civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and energy conservation designs. The successful tenderer will also be required to carry out a construction tender process on Offaly County Council’s behalf, including responding to tender queries. Tender assessment, tender queries and confirmation of same is to be included and a tender report and recommendation will be required. Supervision and certification of the design and construction, including management of the contract, issuance of the substantial completion certificate and agreement of the final account and closeout are also required.
