Architect Led Multi-Disciplinary Team for Stages 1 to 5 of the Construction Process of a SEN School Extension

St Joseph’s National School (SJNS) invites tenders from Architectural firms to provide an Architect led Team for Stages 1 to 5 of the Construction Process of a School Extension for SEN at the St Joseph’s National School , Hilltown, Ballymitty, Co. Wexford. The successful tenderer will, for the initial appointment, be responsible for the Stages 1 to 5 of the construction process which will include the School Extension for SEN, preliminary design, feasibility, planning process, project costing and preparation of indicative budget/programme for funding application. The Project Management Design Team must include the following disciplines/services: • Architectural Services, • Quantity Surveying Services; • Civil & Structural & Geotechnical • Engineering Services; • Archeologist • Buildings Services Engineers – (Mechanical & Electrical & Energy Conservation & Fire); PSDP Services – (Health & Safety); DAC; • Planning & Environmental Services; • And any other relevant disciplines that can bring insights and knowledge that add value to the overall engagement.
