Tender description

The provision of drugs and alcohol residential rehabilitation and detoxification framework. Camden Council, on behalf of other partners inc. Camden and Islington NHS Trust and Royal Borough of Kingston wants to engage with potential residential rehabilitation and detoxification suppliers before a formal tender. The potential tender will be divided into the following lots with indicative price: — Lot 1: Detox. with 24-hour medical cover; medically assisted withdrawal from opiates or alcohol: GBP 1 700 per week; — Lot 2: Detox. without 24-hour medical cover; without medically assisted withdrawal: GBP 1 100/week; — Lot 3: Detox. (with 24-hr medical cover): GBP 1 200 per week (max of 3 weeks) GBP 700/week (without 24 hr medical cover): GBP 1 000/week (max of 3 weeks) GBP 700 per week with primary rehabilitative programme focusing on intensive therapeutic interventions. Maximum stay 12 weeks; — Lot 4: Primary rehabilitative programme (maximum stay 12 weeks) focusing on therapeutic interventions: GBP 700/week; — Lot 5: Secondary rehabilitative programme (maximum stay 12 weeks) focusing on the development of life skills, recovery through training or employment-focused needs; the skills to sustain a drug/alcohol-free lifestyle: GBP 700/week; — Lot 6: Complex e.g. women who are pregnant, dual diagnosis: GBP 1 000/week.
