Tender description

The aim of this programme is to help construction SMEs through this crisis, and to prepare them for the recovery that will follow. It should enable them to have the knowledge, skills and behavior which will allow them run a more successful construction company. Content: Models, tools, etc. for some or all of the following: • Strategic Management • Marketing and Sales, including tendering • Finance • HR, including organisational structure, employment law and performance management • Leadership Skills Also Required: The programme needs to be flexible enough so that the participant can focus on the area in his/her business that they think is central to improvement. They should also have at least one tangible outcome for their company – preferably three or more. It would be expected that participants apply their learnings to their company over the duration of the programme and that there is some way of measuring this and the outcomes it has achieved.
