The provision of Catering & Hospitality Services Monaghan Education Centre

Tender description

Monaghan Education Centre requires the provision of a sustainable, healthy, balanced and nutritious sandwiches, a light lunch and a full lunch with desert service option, to its clientele at rates covered by funding for such to be provided to the centre clientele when required. The items are to be prepared on or off site, delivered, setup, well presented, served (break/snack requirement do not require a serving member of staff), and cleaned up after service provision. A high quality, flexible and responsive service is required combined with continuous improvement and innovation from September to July annually. A site visit is mandatory and can be undertaken under social distancing considerations up to and including 15th May 2020. Further details are included in the RFT document.
