Tender description
Legionella Preventative Monitoring and Maintenance Contract to mainly residential occupied properties, including older people occupancy. Bield Housing and Care is seeking to procure a contractor to carry out Legionella Preventative Monitoring and Maintenance to their housing stock which is predominantly housing for vulnerable older people and also a small number of factored properties, offices and community spaces in accordance with: The control of legionella bacteria in water systems, Approved: Code of Practice and Guidance L8 (Fouth Edition 2013), Technical Handbook HSG274 Part 2 & 3 BS8580:2010, The Scottish Water Bylaws 2004. A specification of the works is contained within the draft Invitation to Tender which has been downloaded to this portal.
