Salisbury Managed Procurement Services, in partnership with Carbon and Energy Fund, will be conducting a further competition under Salisbury's existing dynamic purchasing system for solar generation. This opportunity is for the design, build, operation and maintenance of a large scale ground array on behalf of another NHS organisation. The scheme will be funded therefore bidders will not need to fund. The competition will allow for a purchased power agreement along with minimum guaranteed output/income. Interested bidders must apply to join Salisbury's dynamic purchasing system available on the Bravo procurement portal.
