Supply, delivery and commissioning of a five-axis turn mill for the Advanced Forming Research Centre (AFRC). In line with the future vision for NMIS encompassing AFRC, LMC and Digital Factory, the centre would like to advance its machining capability. To do this, it is desired to obtain a five-axis horizontal machine tool, which can offer a range of capabilities, which support this vision. This will provide a number of unique opportunities for AFRC/NMIS and will support the development of machining processes for a number of different sectors and commodity types.
