Tender description

The Kingdom Group of Companies through the parent organisation Kingdom Housing Associations intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with a limited number of Organisations to provide Legal Services for a 3 year period with the option to extend for a 1 year period solely at the Groups discretion. It is envisaged that successful applicants appointed to the framework will be available to provide Legal Services to all organisation named on this framework. The requirement for Legal Services has been split into different lots to enable applicants who specialise in a particular type of legal service to tender for the categories relevant to their Organisation. This does not preclude an applicant from applying to suffice all the categories required. KG intend to enter into a Framework Agreement with a limited number of organisations for Legal Services for a 3 year period with the option to extend for a 1 year period solely at the discretion of KG.
