Tender description

The work covered by the Works Requirements and Pricing Document comprises renovations and a rear extension with associated site development works to Glebe House, Kilrush, Co. Clare for Clare Local Development Company. The works include a rear extension for a lift installation, new heating system, insulation, replacement windows and doors, new basement floors, internal doors, new external access ramp with site development works. The existing adjacent Cairde Beag Creche building will remain fully operational during the works - no vechicles, equipment or materials are to be stored in or around this building. The Contractor must confine his operations within the areas in the immediate vicinity of the works being executed at any time. Refer to the works requirements for the nature and extent of the Works.
