Close care service provision for two male adults with medium to significant learning disabilities and complex physical/health care needs at Blackhallburn Gardens, Bathgate West Lothian. West Lothian Council have a continuing requirement for close care service provision, the aim which is to enable a high standard of care and support for two male adults with medium to significant learning disabilities and complex physical/health care needs. One to one care and support is required at Blackburnhall Gardens, Bathgate West Lothian within a tenancy for individuals who have been identified by West Lothian Council as requiring such support. As the full impact of COVID 19 is unknown in terms of both West Lothian's workforce and that the provider, to ensure continuity of care for service users during this period, it is proposed that a direct award is made to the incumbent service provider for a period of 6 months.
