This is a contract award notice for this project following the tender exercise. This project is being undertaken by Denbighshire Council on behalf of the seven (7) health and social care commissioning authorities of the North Wales region – Isle of Anglesey County Council, Gwynedd County Council, Conwy County Borough Council, Denbighshire County Council, Flintshire County Council, Wrexham County Borough Council and Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. Please note there is no specific lot for Isle of Anglesey County Council at the moment but it may be reopened in the future. The North Wales Supported Living Agreement will focus on the main principles of supported living, and will include people who own or rent their home or have their own tenancy/licence and have control over the support they receive, who they live with (if anyone) and how they live their lives.
