Tender description

EirGrid has an ongoing requirement to recruit senior managers and executives to the extended leadership team. The successful tenderer would be expected to conduct a range of activities including, but not limited to the following, . based on the specific selection or search assignment: Conducting a search using a range of means to source suitable candidates Longlisting and shortlisting candidates through an interview process. Management of interview process and/or participation in any interview meeting. Provision of premises and facilities to support any given selection process. Management of offer process with preferred candidates; feedback to unsuccessful candidates. Reference checking and summary report to EirGrid. Provision of psychometric assessment services, either directly or through other parties and providing a report for the executive selection panel focusing on the key requirements for each role. In addition, the successful tenderer may be required to provide the following services: Leadership assessments (structured assessment of the current leadership team or the talent pipeline). Sourcing interim candidates for senior manager or executive roles to address emergency or short term needs. External benchmarking. Advertising in the press/media for an assigned role. EirGrid has a contract in place for advertising services so may decide to use our contract depending on the costs of the successful Tenderer of this contract carrying out the advertising services. EirGrid intends to establish a single supplier framework agreement. The framework agreement period will be for an initial duration of three years with the option to extend for an additional year, subject always to the satisfactory performance of the supplier.
