Development of Biodiversity Plans in County Monaghan

Tender description

Monaghan Integrated Development CLG, on behalf of Monaghan Local Community Development Committee, are seeking suitable, qualified specialist(s) to provide Biodiversity plans for up to 33 community organisations across Co Monaghan. Within the past year MID have carried out biodiversity training across the county for community groups. In 2019 we completed training for a total of 185 participants, this breaks down to approximately 100 individual participants from community employment schemes and a total of 85 community groups. The report from the training details a further need for training and support for community groups in the subject area. Each of the 33 groups interested have attended our recent training and are now seeking to take the next step and put a professional biodiversity plan in place.
