DBC (SF) Employers Agent Services for the development at Cherry Bounce

Tender description

Dacorum Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Employers Agent practice to act on the behalf of the Council (the client) as the contract administrator for the design and build contract (JCT 2016) to be entered into in connection with the site at CHERRY BOUNCE. As a minimum requirement, all bidders must have acted in the capacity of an Employers Agent for either a Local Authority or Registered Social Landlord on two schemes in the last two years. The services provided are to be in line with the 'Employers Agent Schedule of Services' and 'Project Brief' which will form the agreement. These documents can be found within Schedule 1: 'Tender Information Documents - Part B All the Tender Documents and correspondence must be submitted via the Councils e- tendering portal at www.supplyhertfordshire.uk Please submit your completed tender document via the Council's e-tendering portal no later than 12 noon on 28 May 2020. Any tender submitted either manually or by email will not be accepted.
