Tender description

Clúid are currently seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Employer’s Representatives to deliver the contract management services (as detailed in the scope of services document) for 2 no. projects at Jacksons Hill, Rahan Road, Tullamore & Barr An Aird, Coolcotts, Wexford. Clúid indent to award both projects to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on their response to the Award Criteria (both quality and price). Clúid reserve the right not to award one or more of the projects advertised for budgetary and/or operational reasons. Project 1: Jacksons Hill, Rahan Road, Tullamore, Co.. Offaly (26 no. units); Project 2:Barr An Aird, Coolcotts, Wexford Town, , Co. Wexford (67 units). Tenderers are requested to submit a fixed price lump sum for each of the projects detailed above. Tenderers will be evaluated on the combined cost of Project 1+ Project 2. Only one no. quality submission is required and must address each of the project sites and your demonstrate your ability to manage these projects concurrently.
