Tender description

Thames Valley Police is looking for a solution for the collection, storage, asset management and sale of items, equipment and materials that have been confiscated from persons during police operations across, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes. As each confiscation varies a successful contractor would need to provide all or only varies parts of the service. Collection could be from a police site or a persons site depending upon size and value. Storage would need to be secure and in some circumstances an identifiable location. Asset management may include registering of assets in a database (excel format).Sales would include marketing and promoting the items t maximize sale value. Realised values back to TVP less deductions for contractor fees.
