Tender description
To address the urgency in tackling climate change the Council will be producing a new Greening Supplementary Planning Document (SPD). The aim of the Greening SPD will be to provide guidance to residents and developers on how these planning policies would apply in the context of this borough in order to reduce our impact on the environment. Please contact Patricia to obtain more information and if required arrange a briefing. The Council is commissioning consultants to produce the evidence base to inform both, the SPD and future policies in the forthcoming local plan with a detailed focus on energy and carbon footprint.
