Tender description

Connexus has need of an SMS service to be connected to our systems. This will enable holistic communications for staff and for tenants, for example: * Updates for staff and for tenants (news, alerts etc). * Welcome / induction texts for staff and for tenants. * Reminders (appointments, meetings, training, sick note expiry). * Office closure information. The successful bidder will need to explain how the service will link with current systems. Significant examples include: * Civica CX * Cascade (HR) * Orchard The ability to respond to some messages will be important. The contract is to run for three years from June 2020 - June 2023.
