The Council will be inviting consultants to carry out a study to consider the future of our town centres. It will form a key part of the evidence base to support the production of the Council's Local Plan. The study will assist in informing the Council's future approach to the provision of additional town centres usages and their nature and function Additional information: The Council are looking to undertake a Retail Needs Assessment covering elements such as floor space, vacancy rates. taking account of projects in growth and looking to identify future need.
