Since 2009 UCD Smurfit Executive Development, at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduates Business School, has been delivering a suite of food industry MSc programmes in partnership with Bord Bia. These full-time programmes run every two years, lasting 18 or 23 months. The primary objective of this suite of programmes is to attract and develop a pipeline of talent for the Irish food industry. The programmes are designed and delivered on the principles of action learning, whereby students undertake international food industry assignments across 15 key markets, while also studying for an MSc masters awarded from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
