The project shall include: The upgrade the existing offices to the front of the 1980's flat roof building and all ancillary works. Handing over of O&M /Safety File Manuals to the Architect. All works to be completed to first quality trade standards leaving a clean and fully validated building for client use. The Contractor should note the extent and layout of the works from the Architect's drawings. The Contractor shall take all necessary precautions to safeguard existing property, features, etc., and protect all persons from injury, etc. Access and exit to and from the site shall be via the existing entry exit system only as shown on the site plan. The Contractor must take all necessary precautions to avoid nuisance caused by construction traffic, etc. The entrance and public road shall be kept clear of construction traffic and other obstructions at all times. The Contractor shall in particular restrict construction traffic movement during the main drop of and pick up School times. The site of the proposed works is on the edge of Swinford Town and is in the functional area of Mayo County Council. The working area for the Contractor will be confined to the immediate area of the works. Any disturbance to existing surfaces, features etc., beyond this must be made good at the Contractor’s own expense.
