Tender description

Contractors are invited to tender for the proposed universal access upgrade works to include single storey link corridor, internal alterations, external access and associated works at Shronell, National School, Latin, Co. Tipperary to comply with Technical Guidance Document Part M (2010) and to DoES specification. Please note that all works are to be carried out in strict adherence with the Department of Education and Skills technical guidance documents and general specification for primary schools, but specifically TGD 026. It is paramount that the tendering Contractor is in a position to commence works on site promptly following appointment and has such resources available to meet the handover date of September 2020.
