Management Asbestos Surveys and Consultant Services for Remediations

Tender description

The works include initial management asbestos surveys of circa 187 No. properties. Subsequently, remediation works will be tendered by Tuath Housing Association, with the assistance of the successful consultant, to address ACMs that require immediate attention (e.g. sealing/removal etc. as advised). The services will include, fulfilling the role of independent competent analyst, providing risk assessments, review of the preferred contractor's documentation following subsequent tender, undertaking refurbishment asbestos surveys of properties to be remediated, sampling and testing, provision of design and specification for the remediation works required to the subsequent properties, among other items;
