Tender description

This is an OJEU framework agreement for the supply of flexible gas and electricity with a single source for each in two lots. The suppliers will subsequently contract with the authority’s customers as identified in the OJEU for the provision of energy. The Energy Consortium (‘The Authority’) has awarded a framework agreement contract under lot 1 to Corona Energy Retail 4 Ltd for the supply of mains gas. The authority’s customers enter call-off contracts under the terms of the framework agreement for the provision of mains gas from 1 October 2020. The Energy Consortium (‘The Authority’) has awarded a framework agreement contract under lot 2 to EDF Energy Customers Ltd for the supply of electricity – including HH and NHH metered and UMS (Flexible including UMS). The authority’s customers can enter call-off contracts under the terms of the framework agreement for the provision of electricity from 1 October 2020.
