Tender description

The County Council requires a service provider to: replace the existing estate of self-service kiosks with 70 new kiosks and install the new kiosks in libraries throughout the county. Provide the relevant software for the kiosks in compliance with the technical requirements in Appendix 2 provide on-going maintenance and support services for a period of 5 years. Complete the full replacement programme ready for public use by 1 April 2020, including disposal of the current kiosks. Full details can be found in document 2 — service specification.
