Insurance services

Tender description

Conwy County Borough Council has now awarded the contracts for insurance services for a period of 3 years (with the option to extend for 2 years and potentially a further 2 years). The commencement date will be 1 April 2020. The services have been divided into lots: Property Tenanted property Liability Motor fleet Fidelity guarantee/crime Engineering Business travel Contractors plant The services had been divided into lots and tenderers were able to bid for any, or all, of the lots: Property Evaluation included assessing the most economically advantageous terms with criteria including price, compliance with specification, quality of claims handling service, added value, and community benefits relating directly to the objectives within our corporate plan.
