This public procurement competition will be divided into 2 lots (each a “Lot”) as described below. Each Lot will result in a separate contract. 1. Design and delivery of 'Management Fundamentals' training programme for early career/new managers as described in Appendix 1. 2. Design and delivery of 'Leading with Impact' training programme for experienced managers and individual contributtors as described in Appendix 1.
