Tender description

Provision of open-access, evidence-based counselling, advocacy and advice and young carers services that provide primary-care-level interventions (and will help to identify and signpost those with higher levels of need to more appropriate services) and support referral/sign-posting to other services where appropriate. Services will contribute to a reduction in mental health inequalities experienced by members of the local Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) populations.
