Tender description

Service Providers to deliver 1-2-1 counselling to eligible 15-29 year olds who are not in employment, education or training (NEET) across the Black Country. Service Providers need to demonstrate clear and extensive expertise and experience of working with and delivering courses to this client base and demonstrate being skilled at dealing with challenging behavior and have an understanding of the issues that vulnerable individuals may have from disadvantaged backgrounds. Service Providers will provide one to one counselling support for participants who require additional support and assistance to overcome issues and concerns
