Construction work for university buildings

Tender description

University of Wolverhampton sought experienced contractors to carry out various Building works across the University. The framework will be available for use by other public bodies in Wolverhampton and partner authorities in the West Midlands Combined Authority, including but not limited to, City of Wolverhampton Council and Royal Wolverhampton Hospital Trust. This agreement is split into 3 lots. The contract(s) and framework agreement will be for a period of 3 years (with an option to extend for up to a further 12 months subject to satisfactory performance and agreement by both parties). Lot 1 covers various building works across the University — individual jobs < 25 000 GBP (inc. VAT). Lot 2 covers various building works across the University — individual jobs between GBP 25 000-GBP 150 000 (inc VAT). Lot 3 covers various building works across the University — individual jobs > GBP 150 000-GBP 1 200 000 (inc. VAT).
