Tender description

To provide a comprehensive cleaning regime of the council’s four Multi Storey Car Parks (MSCP) this will be inthe form of a structured daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly cleaning regime, including to the internal and externalglazing and the delivery of a rapid reactive service to ad hoc unplanned cleaning tasks. Contract is for an initial period of 3 years, with the option to extend. To provide a comprehensive cleaning regime including internal and external glazing of the council’s four Multi Storey Car Parks (MSCP) utilised by members of the general public as detailed below: Grosvenor MSCP 810 Spaces - Operates 7.00 a.m. – 7.00 p.m. Monday – Wednesday; 7.00 a.m. – 7.00 p.m.; Thursday and Friday; 7.00 a.m. – 7.00 p.m.; Saturday and 10.00 a.m. –5.30 p.m. Sunday. Entry spiral: — twelve decks, — three stairwells, — Four lifts. St Michaels MSCP 464 Spaces - Operates 4.30 a.m. to Midnight Monday – Saturday and 10 a.m. to Midnight Sunday. — entry ramp – St Michaels Road, — exit ramp – St Michaels Road, — exit lane – Abington Square. External border edges and shrubs and grassland: — twelve decks, — two stairwells, — two lifts. Mayorhold MSCP 1073 Spaces - Operates 6 a.m. to Midnight 7 days a week: — entry lanes, — exit lanes, — five decks, — four stairwells, — six lifts. All external borders and shrubbery: St Johns MSCP 485 Spaces - Operates 24 hours 7 Days a week> — two entries, — two exits, — twelve decks, — four stairwells, — four lifts, External borders, shrubs and grassland: As well as adhering to the cleaning specification, the contractor will also provide a rapid responsive service to address unexpected cleaning requirements, as required.
