Tender description

The Council requires an experienced and available consultant to act as the NEC3 Project Manager and Supervisor roles for the Chester Northgate offsite surface water drainage project. The service will support part of the Chester Northgate Project, specifically the offsite surface water drainage element. The Northgate Project has reached the stage of the appointment of a Preferred Bidder — VINCI Construction UK — and RIBA Design Stage 4, technical design. VINCI have appointed their contractors design team (CDT) and have a preferred tunnelling subcontractor. This procurement is for a client side NEC3 Project manager and supervisor and all other possible related elements that the council may decide throughout the lifetime of the contract. It is intended to cover all possible variations of whatever nature throughout the life of the contract as the technically complex works progress and conditions become clearer.
