Tender description

The Works include the construction of a single-storey extension comprising a lobby, bathroom and two bedrooms to the rere of 373 Cushlawn Park, Tallaght, Tallaght, Dublin 24, for South Dublin County Council. Some ancillary (mechanical, electrical, opes & making good) works to the existing dwelling will also be required. The existing dwelling is a three-bedroom, 5-person, end-of-terrace, two-storey dwelling. The area of the proposed extension is circa 39.5 sq.m. The house will be occupied during the course of the works. The works are to be carried out in accordance with the drawings and documentation attached.
