Topographical and Underground Services Surveys of the former Langstone Student Village and surrounding areas

Tender description

This tender relates to the provision of a detailed topographical and Underground Services Survey of the former Langstone Student Village and the surrounding areas. The purpose of this survey is to adequately identify the site and buried services for use by the University in planning any future use of the site. The outputs of the works are defined by the RICS publication ""Measured surveys of land, buildings and utilities 3rd edition", a copy of which shall be agreed by both parties and included within the final Contract Documents. You will be expected to produce a single detailed federated CAD model of the site with the surveys and details on independent layers. The terms of Contract shall be the RICS Standard Form of Consultant's Appointment.
