Tender description

The key objective of this requirement is to install and maintain new and existing equipment and associated data links required to deliver this. This new service will provide: 1) a highly available broadband service that transverses over a major satellite network provider; 2) a secure and highly available datalink between remote telemetry sites and the GNI SCADA primary and DR Datacentres; 3) a corrective and preventative maintenance support model for the existing satellite sites; 4) a civil and engineering installation and commissioning services for all new installs in both UK, NI and ROI; 5) a proactive monitoring service to ensure the datalinks run at a 99.99 % availability SLA; 6) an Internet of things (IoT) service through Broadband Global Area Network (BGAN); 7) a GPRS/3G type service over satellite; 8) Cyber Security best practice and NIS Directive awareness. 19/094 provision of satellite data communication services for GNI.
