Technical inspection and testing services

Tender description

The provision of Engineering Inspection Services (‘the Services’) for the Westminster City Council, The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. The services will be delivered to buildings owned or managed by the respective boroughs. The contracts are issued as sovereign contracts for each of the respective authorities. Contracts will commence on the 1 April 2020 for 3 years with the option to extend for up to 2 years, at the sole discretion of the respective authority. The total contract period will be for a maximum of 5 years. The provision of engineering inspection services for building owned or managed by Westminster City Council. The provision of Engineering Inspection Services (‘the Services’) for buildings owned or managed by The Royal Borough of Kensington. The provision of Engineering Inspection Services (‘the Services’) for buildings owned or managed by The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.
