Tender description

The Framework Covers all meat, poultry, Dairy, Eggs, and Fish and will be established in three lots, Lot 1 Meat & Poultry, Lot 2 Dairy & Eggs and Lot 3 Fish. The food supplied will be used to facilitate culinary practical training to undergraduate students at Shannon College of Hotel Management, to supply a fully functioning college restaurant, college functions and events.
