Tender description
The South West Energy Unit is a grant funded programme in partnership with Devon County Council and Plymouth City Council. As programme lead Bristol City Council holds the budget for this programme. In Nov 2018 we agreed a secondment from Devon City Council to develop their programme of works. Secondment contract is attached signed 29/10/2018. We receive quarterly invoices from Devon County Council. Following the update procurement rules we now need a contract number
