This is an Open Invitation for suitably qualified applicants to Tender for the supply of A Review of the National Marine Research & Innovation Strategy 2017-2021. A requirement exists for a Review of the National Marine Research & Innovation Strategy 2017-2021 to be undertaken in 2020. The Review will include an assessment of progress matched to the implementing actions outlined in the Strategy, a review of the implementing structures established under the Strategy, as well as commentary on any emerging outputs and associated impacts. This Review will also need to consider the 15 research themes outlined in the Strategy.
