Tender description

This commission is to provide a detailed insight and understanding of the development, delivery and impact of the enterprise zones programme. Specifically, the performance of the programme in achieving the vision and overarching objectives that underpin it. The commission will be procured through an invitation to tender. Following which is it anticipated that the successful respondent will be appointed by June 2020. The commission is anticipated to last for 6 months. The consultant will be required to produce a draft and full report in line with the timeline within this commission. This will be supplemented by the delivery of two presentations to internal staff and partners and to the EZ programme Board. The report will provide a valuable evidence base for the current EZ programme and the findings will be used to inform and improve future similar programmes.
