Provision of Satellite Data Communication Services for GNI

Tender description

The key objective of this requirement is to install and maintain new and existing equipment and associated data links required to deliver this. This new service will provide: 1. A highly available broadband service that transverses over a major satellite network provider. 2. A secure and highly available datalink between Remote Telemetry sites and the GNI SCADA primary and DR Datacentres 3. A corrective and preventative maintenance support model for the existing satellite sites. 4. A civil and engineering installation and commissioning services for all new installs in both UK, NI and ROI. 5. A proactive monitoring service to ensure the datalinks run at a 99.99% availability SLA. 6. An Internet of things (IoT) Service through Broadband Global Area Network (BGAN). 7. A GPRS/3G type service over satellite 8. Cyber Security best practice and NIS Directive awareness.
