Tender description

The project is an extension of the existing Knockroe housing development in the village of Moygownagh and comprises site clearance, bulk excavation to reduce site levels and the construction of 3 no. dwellings comprising 2 no. 2 bedroomed semi-detached houses and 1 no. 4 bedroomed detached special needs house along with all ancillary site works summarized as follows: - The demolition of existing fencing to provide access to the site. - Relocation of existing overhead and underground utilities - Site clearance including removal of existing trees and shrubs - Removal of debris and rubble tipped on the site and bulk excavation to reduce site levels generally - Removal of material excavated from site to a licenced landfill facility - The construction of 2 no. 2 bedroomed single storey semi-detached dwellings - The construction of 1 no. 4 bedroomed detached special needs dwelling - The construction of new sloping earthen embankments to rear and side gardens - A mixture of timber palisade and chainlink fences to south, east and north boundaries of the site - Stonework boundary walls to the front of the houses - Blockwork bounday walls to be constructed between gardens - Site development and surfacing works such as roads, paths and pavings to tie into and continue on the existing Knockroe housing development - New connections to public utilities for all units including Electricity, Telecoms, Water, Sewers, Storm drainage along with the provision of new street lighting and outlets for Electric Vehicle charging.
