Procurement of Architect Led Full Design Team Services for The Royal Hospital Donnybrook Voluntary Housing Association Housing Project in Beech Hill Donnybrook, Dublin 4

Tender description

Architect Led Full Design Team Services for the design, planning process (incl. Fire, Site lighting & DAC), contractor procurement, supervision, construction management and final certification of the proposed development of 20 one bedroom units in The Beech Hill area, Dublin 4. The selected consultants shall also be responsible to take up roles of Designer, Architectural (including Landscape Architectural services), Quantity Surveying, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Civil & Structural Engineering (including Land Surveying, Geotechnical Surveying services), Project Supervisor for the Design Process (PSDP), Assigned Certifier and Design Certifier under the current Irish Safety and Health and Building Control Regulations. The consultancy service must be an all- in package and incorporate other competent consultants noted above as required so as to ensure a successful completion of the project on time and within budget.
